- Receive the purchasing machinery, equipment, spare parts, projects, etc. for the factory
- Sourcing and selecting suitable suppliers, propose and advise requesting parties to choose the optimal and suitable purchasing plan
- Create the Purchase Order and follow up Purchase Order.
- Ensure the purchased commodities are following requested quality, quality and timely.
- Responsible for controlling, updating and maintaining the purchasing–related documents & records.
- In charge of purchasing other goods (non-materials) as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Handling the complaints from the company to suppliers.
- Collect and make payment proposals for paying the supplier.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company.
- Negotiation skills; Logical thinking.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher level with a major in Economics, English, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good command of English.
