MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
• Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner, provide highest quality of service to customers at all times.
• Develop business contacts in the market that lead to business for the Hotel & ensure repeat business.
• To set up and maintain good working relationships with other areas of the Hotel's operations.
• To report to work punctually and professionally.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and other relevant sales technologies
