Operational Accounting Team - Lifestyle

Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review the work of accounting team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of account reconciliations, adhering to company standards.
- Post monthly journal entries, including payroll, accruals, and other key financial transactions.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports to support business performance tracking.
- Manage shareholder information and handle the processing of dividend distributions.
- Supervise accounting operations for high-volume transactions, including inventory management, cost of goods sold (COGS), and sales revenue within the Lifestyle industry.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple outlets.
- 3 to 5 years of operational accounting experience, ideally within the Lifestyle, nightlife, F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with specific expertise in handling Lifestyle, F&B financial operations, such as:
- Inventory management accounting.
- Cost control and reporting for F&B operations.
- Knowledge of revenue tracking for multi-location outlets.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team management and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Lifestyle, F&B-specific accounting software
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to the Lifestyle, F&B industry, such as VAT, service charges, and payroll.
