YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor Degree or above in logistics or related field;
- 5-10 years' experiences in multi-national company, including at least 2 years experience in a Managerial position;
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry;
- Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets;
- Strong and convincing communication skills; Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Power Point, Power BI) and e-mail skills required.

YOUR MISSION
- Define, develop, improve and maintain global origin logistics processes. Set-up/improve origin logistics process
- Vendor trainings and onboarding (related to shipping process)
- SOP creation and compliance management with vendors and logistics service providers
- KPI management with logistics service provider. KPI management with suppliers logistics performance
- Provide information on origin logistics costs
- Requirement collection for inbound logistics (consolidation, ocean freight, air freight) and alignment with all country and sourcing organizations
- Have succession plan for each critical role in the team
- Monthly / quarterly performance reviews with the teams and providing regular feedback
- Leading the teams in the region to ensure their service level meets the expectations
