YOUR MISSION
Data Entry and System Management: Assist in updating and maintaining records in PUMA’s internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
Support Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate internal events, meetings, and training sessions, including preparation of materials and room bookings.
Document Management: Handle filing, scanning, and digital archiving of documents, ensuring all files are well-organized and accessible for team members.
Communication and Follow-Up: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups on key projects, requests, or pending tasks.
Assist in Reporting and Analysis: Compile reports and help analyze data for different departments, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
