Responsibilities
Responsible for technical and construction for DB Schenker’s facilities include warehouse, office, and hubs.
Review technical requirement for projects (new facility, renovation, reinstatement, repair, maintenance) and propose proper solutions.
Manage and work with external consultants, contractors, and vendors via RFP, tender, BOQ, shortlist and selection following company’s SOP.
Manage on-site works for construction, renovation, repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Update unit cost, market rates and recruit new vendors annually.
Regularly update for new regulations, pay attention to SOP and QHSSE.
Support real estate activities such as site searching, inspecting, site evaluation, lease acquisition and lease management.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5-year experience of Construction, Project management, Facility management, Real estate development or similar roles.
Experience with warehouses in the plus.
Loyalty, enthusiasm, dynamic.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to travel
Proficient in National Standards, Codes, Instruction, M&E and Fire Prevention regulations
Proficient in Auto CAD and project management tools
Effective, clear, and appropriate communication across multiple levels
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders include landlords, consultants, vendors, technical partners, and government agencies.
