Core Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and organizational oversight to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness during shifts.
Manage shift schedules, monitor attendance, and oversee time-off requests.
Assign duties based on team members' roles and skills, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to upper management and team members.
Manage employee requests and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
Utilize advanced LCI concepts and tools to promote packing-level projects and improvements, boosting team morale and initiative.
Demonstrate customer-centric thinking, responding promptly to meet customer needs through PMP KPI-related projects and improvement initiatives.
Stay informed of company policies and procedures, regularly sharing official information and communicating effectively in English for technical processes.
Take an active role in enhancing crew satisfaction and engagement, providing feedback to maintenance operators, and discussing departmental conditions related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and incentives.
Collaborate closely with the training team to ensure process adherence and document control.
Support and drive continuous improvement activities within assigned regions, including management projects and assessments to enhance standardization and operational efficiency.

This role involves leading the shift team by overseeing maintenance and coordination of production equipment, material flow, spare parts, and supporting systems integral to production line operations. Serving as a role model, you'll influence team culture and coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. Providing support and guidance, you'll prioritize a safety-first mindset throughout activities. Your focus will be on achieving team KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP); if targets are not met, you'll initiate appropriate improvement actions.
Do you have what it takes:
Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong teamwork skills with an ability to listen and engage effectively with team members.
Proven track record in achieving team goals and proposing innovative solutions to improve teamwork.
Ability to make independent decisions and champion organizational change.
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating collaboration, proactive service attitude, and ethical conduct.
Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication within technical contexts.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by management.
