Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Management Intern, you will play a key role in creating engaging content and supporting the seamless execution of our social media initiatives across various platforms. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about social media, content creation, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation (60%):
- Creative Ideation and Collaboration: Contribute innovative ideas for social media content. Work closely with the design team to create content that complements visual elements and effectively delivers relevant messages.
- Writing for Diverse Audiences: Craft content tailored to various audiences across social media platforms, ensuring that each piece is engaging, relevant, and aligns with our brand voice.
- Team Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team to generate compelling visual and content ideas.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure that our content remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Management (40%):
- Internal and External Coordination: Assist in communication and coordination with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, production houses) to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Social Media Channel Management: Help manage all marketing-owned social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok), including posting content, Minigame, and ensuring the quality of materials produced by stakeholders before scheduling.
- Project Support: Provide support for other marketing projects involving social media operations and activities.
- Content Calendar Planning and Management: Assist in planning and managing the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of visual content creation tools and software is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
