Assist in searching for potential candidates through various sources following defined criteria, arranging interview schedules, updating data on the system
Assist in the recruitment process for interns, workers, and office staff and follow up on candidates’ status
Assist in employer branding activities to strengthen relationships with universities and colleges (job fairs, seminars, etc.)
Support organizing in-house training programs based on established schedules and requirements.
Ensure that all logistics and venue arrangement, training materials and participant amenities meet with the required standards.
Prepare related paperwork for newcomers
Other tasks assigned by superiors
