Job Requirements:

- This position requires the candidate to be based at the Vietnam factory (Hanoi).
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant administrative management experience in garment manufacturing factories.
- Experience in managing government foreign affairs.
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
- Mature, independent, proactive, responsible, and stable.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Manage government foreign affairs.
- Oversee daily operations of the administrative department.
- Coordinate other administrative and logistical tasks within the company.
