We are looking for an HR-Admin Intern who will be a member of the People Team. This is the exclusive opportunity to be offered numerous training courses and hands-on experiences in the professional working environment.What You’ll Do
In 2023, this covers the following priorities:- Understand agency working environment and working process.
- Work closely with People Team to keep up the physical workplace as well as push the mental member spirit.
- Assist administrative tasks relating to daily office facility, paperwork, procurement, …
- Be involved in executing internal events: (preparing power-point, proposal plan, execution).
- Manage the document wording, printing, and scanning.
- Have chance to ensure cooperation with office/ administrative vendors.
- Support in taking care of building relationship maintenance, registration, and logistics.
What You’ll Need
This person should be passionate about project management. He or she needs to:- Acquire strong communication, initiative, and collaboration spirit, with the ability to work effectively with multi teams.
- No matter how, can-do spirit is a must.
- Be eager to learn & have the ability to detail the tasks that are handled.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- High English competency is a plus point.
- Be committed for up to 6 months would be an advantage. You will be fully trained and referred to any other official positions if vacant.
