Job Description

1. Tournament Operations:

Develop and manage all elements of Esports league operations, including rules & regulations, dispute resolution, scheduling, logistics, eligibility forms, team contracts, player documentation, and compliance. Implement brackets and explore other competitive structures
Working with the development team to be Responsible for the Esports server and tournament build, including updating, debugging, testing, and quality control.

2. League Management:

Responsible for quality & stability of the tournament operation international tournaments, including on-site operation & league administration.
Manage and supervise all the local league operations (main executioner for VN local league) and performance in terms of league operation stability and effectiveness of tournament regulations.
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for league operation, fostering cohesion and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for:

At least 2 years of experience managing esports or major organized sports programs, teams or tournaments
Having a comprehensive understanding of online and live event competitive experiences from the player’s and organizer’s perspective
Experienced in quickly resolving disputes and applying judgement calls to complicated rule scenarios in high-pressure situations
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on call, work weekends and travel as needed
High attention to details, ability to multitask and maintain composure
