MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Review the log-book and receive handover from the night shift following the checklist. Ensure all information is clear, the cash float is counted correctly, and discuss any guest-related issues in detail
Inspect buggy station, parking, reception, welcome sala, stores, and office to ensure cleanliness, proper equipment condition, and sufficient supplies
Conduct daily or immediate briefings as necessary
Review the day's arrivals and departures; ensure GEMs are well-informed about their guests. Coordinate villa inspections with the Direct Managers
Assist Direct Managers in welcoming arrivals and bidding farewell to departures
Ensure check-in folios are complete, protocols are followed, and the Opera system is correctly updated
Be aware of in-house guests requiring extra attention. Follow up on pending requests or tasks from previous shifts
Report any unusual events or serious guest complaints to the Direct Managers. Share updates from management with the team
Check and update the fish key report; investigate any loss and take necessary action

English with the ability to communicate clearly in the local dialect
Good knowledge of hotel operations
Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate
Good Microsoft Office skills required
