Finance Trainee

Report to: CHC ASEA Zone Head of Finance Performance
Location: Vietnam

About the job
Are you a driven and detail-oriented individual looking to develop your finance career? As a Finance Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial management processes ASEA region. You will gain practical experience across a range of financial operations, contributing to key business activities.

Main responsibilities:

Assist in the operational expenditure (OPEX) management for Vietnam and other ASEA countries, including the maintenance and updates of OPEX files (ANP & Non-ANP OPEX).
Aid in the administration of the IO List. This includes creating and modifying the list based on commercial requests and monitoring it against the approved budget.
Support the tracking and validation of distributor claims in Cambodia.
Facilitate monthly routine reporting by extracting data from internal systems and updating the Tracking template, covering Cambodia's Sales In/Out, Stock, Accounts Receivable, List Price, and SAP SHIFT standard reports (Sales, OPEX, other COGS).
Assist in the monthly consolidation and validation of Manual Journal Entries (MJE) for submission to the Global Business Services (GBS) for posting.

About you

A university degree in Accounting or Finance.
Demonstrated academic excellence, with a high GPA.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong numerical acumen and precision in handling data.
An enthusiastic and open-minded approach to learning and professional development.
