About the Position
Working under direction from the Assistant Defence Attaché and the Manager Attaché Coordination, the position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Australian Defence Attaché Office in Vietnam. Duties include the planning, protocol and logistic support to military personnel and delegations moving between Australia and Vietnam. The position liaises with Vietnamese authorities on visas, diplomatic clearance for military ships/aircraft and supports Australian Defence activities and engagement in Vietnam. The position provides back up support and acts as the Manager Attaché Coordination when the Manager is away.
