You think outside the bar boundaries and make guests feel comfortable by interacting with them in an appropriate and professional manner, both behind and in front of the bar area.
Personalize beverage recommendations by genuinely listen to guests and anticipate guests’ needs by observing and showing honest interest in what they like or drank before.
You acknowledge guests and remember preferred beverages and names from returning guests. Look for opportunities to positively surprise guests, through small or large gestures and acts of kindness.
Your body language is positive and confident, yet humble, creating an inviting and approachable atmosphere for our guests.
You know how to upsell quality products and use suggestive selling in order to complement products, resulting in a higher average spending and overall revenue increase.
You are pro-active in supporting colleagues in other food and beverage outlets if requested by the management.
Your communication with colleagues, through both body language and voice, is always calm and with a gracious tone.
You oversee the amount of work and are pro-active in asking for assistance from colleagues whenever required.
You ensure that the bar is stocked according to the standards and equipment is clean and well arranged. Your professionalism as a bartender shows through a perfectly arranged bar and an inviting bar appearance.
You responsibly record orders through the Point of Sale system and actively monitor preparation times in order to deliver food & beverage items within a timely manner
You carefully handle cash and credit card payments, by correctly recording transactions in the Point of Sale System, resulting in an accurate daily report at the end of the day.
Always live up to the standards set by the Regent brand for both beverage creations and service behaviours. You know the standard operating procedures and how to put the standards into practical use.
You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that are applicable for restaurants & bars and you ensure that you implement them within the service processes.
Follow procedures concerning inventory control, breakage, spoilage, temperature logs and cleaning tasks. You make sure that all recordings are documented, stored properly and irregularities are reported to the management.
You pay attention to small details, which visually expresses in a spotlessly clean workspace, perfect beverage creations and a well-groomed appearance.
You have the knowledge to solve problems on the spot, but also knows when to ask for assistance from colleagues. Always follow up on guest issues and report occurred problems to the management.

Appealing remuneration including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Must speak the English language, other languages will be a plus
Background in fine dining restaurants is preferred
