Major Responsibilities:

Assist Japan Business Service (JBS) of EY to support its function.
Assist EY’s professional team to deal with Japanese clients’ translation and coordination if required.
Assist Japan Business Services (JBS) of EY to support administrative matters (i.e setting up seminar, reservation, room booking…) if the personal assistant isn’t available.

Requirements:

Good command of spoken and written Japanese (N2) and English (at minimum Business Level).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Tax, Marketing or any business related major.
2-3 years’ experience in strategic sales environment with a proven track record or accounting firms.
Strong tax and/ or accounting knowledge gained through managing complex sales requiring business case development.
Knowledge of target industries, regulatory environment, issues, initiatives and practices
Integrity in a professional environment.
