Receive all teaching materials, tools, and equipment from the head office and distribute them to teachers and schools (depending on the nature of the job).
Plan up, create, and support learning materials for different programs, projects, and events on an ad hoc basis.
Plan and implement support for teachers (accommodation, transportation, documentation, schedules, etc.).
Recruit, manage, and train the team of teachers/ assistants.
Complete grading, scoreboards, and certificates for the schools under supervision.
Plan and conduct regular assessments of teachers/ assistants regarding attitude, work ethic, etc., and issue warnings for violations (first offense depending on the severity of the violation).
Keep track of attendance and report the teaching hours of teachers and assistants monthly.
Update, monitor, and manage the number and academic progress of students monthly.
Represent the company to receive feedback from schools and report to the Manager/Head of the Academic Department.
Support some tasks from other departments as requested within the assigned area of responsibility.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
Experience in teaching English and working with foreigners, or experience as an English teacher is an advantage.
Bachelor's/Associate's degree in English, preference for those with a teaching background.
Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching.
Good communication skills.
Patient, enthusiastic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
