Fella Health helps middle-aged men live 10 years longer.
We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, longevity, mental health, and primary care.
We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.
Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.
We’ve grown >150x since Sept 2022, grown >10x since Nov 2023, and are strongly cashflow positive. We have expanded our state coverage to >95% of US population, have started to expand our clinical protocol beyond weight (e.g. testosterone), and are eyeing up international expansion.

The opportunity as Media Buyer
Fella Health is building a world-class team.
As Media Buyer at Fella Health, you'll work closely with our Head of Growth and CEO to manage and expand our paid advertising efforts across diverse acquisition channels.
You'll start by taking ownership of our Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance and efficiency while exploring new opportunities within the Google ecosystem. Simultaneously, you'll play a supporting role in managing our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts, collaborating with our lead strategist to implement and refine campaigns.
Your primary focus will be on diversifying our paid media mix by testing and scaling new channels such as Reddit, Native advertising, and Quora. You'll continually analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns across these platforms to help us reach the right prospects efficiently.
Your efforts will be crucial in discovering new, high-potential acquisition channels that keep us on track to serve 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.
This is a full-time remote role - hiring only in South America & Asia.
You'll report directly to our Head of Growth (Dave Lane), as well as work closely with our CEO (Richie Cartwright).
Key Responsibilities
  • Straight away
    • Optimize Google Ads campaigns
      • Manage: Take ownership of existing Google Ads campaigns, improving performance and efficiency across search, display, and video formats.
      • Analytics: Lead campaign analytics and reporting for Google Ads to assess attribution and ROI. Surface insights to inform budget allocation decisions across channels.
      • Test: Implement A/B tests on keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and other variables to continually improve campaign efficiency. Apply learnings across accounts and channels.
    • Expand to new channels - Begin testing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Reddit, Native advertising, and Quora. Analyze performance data to identify high-potential opportunities for scaling.
    • Support Meta campaigns:
      • Assist: Collaborate with the Head of Growth to implement and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
      • Report: Contribute to Meta campaign analytics and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
  • In the near future
    • Optimize cross-channel performance - Develop a holistic view of performance across all paid channels, identifying synergies and optimizing budget allocation to maximize overall ROI.
    • Agency and vendor management - As we expand to new channels, establish and manage relationships with specialized agencies or vendors to ensure high-quality creative and effective campaign execution across diverse platforms.
Need to have
  • Google Ads expertise: 3+ years successfully managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video formats, with a proven track record of driving strong ROAS.
  • Paid channel diversity: Extensive experience managing campaigns on multiple platforms beyond Google, such as Reddit, Native advertising, and Quora. Comfortable exploring and expanding efforts across emerging channels.
  • Analytical rigor: Strong problem-solving, reporting, critical thinking, and financial analysis skills - connecting campaign data to decisions and planning across diverse channels.
  • Testing expertise: Methodical and creative A/B testing abilities across keywords, ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and ad formats on various platforms.
  • Cross-channel perspective: Holistic view of coordinating paid strategies and insights across multiple channels and teams for total marketing optimization.
Nice to have
  • Meta Ads experience: Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram advertising to support existing strategies and campaigns.
  • Emerging channel innovation: Background in identifying and optimizing next big opportunities in digital advertising, such as new social platforms or ad formats.
  • Dynamic optimization: Ability to comfortably shift priorities and plans based on new data across multiple channels. Gracefully handle uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
  • e Commerce affinity: Experience optimizing campaigns for direct response and sales KPIs. Ability to tie multi-channel efforts to customer acquisition and CLV.
  • Data visualization: Proficiency in creating clear, insightful reports and dashboards to communicate performance across diverse channels.
