About the project:
In this role, you will document IT procedures and policies, handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking and ticket management, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and support users. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of operating systems and networking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and growing within the IT operations field.
You will be able to:
  • Document procedures and policies related to IT operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking, ticket management, and software updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and provide user support.
  • Monitor and maintain systems, networks, and servers.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects.
What will help you succeed in this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Familiarity with networking and telecommunications concepts.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
