Salary Range: $100k - $110k
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities:

Expertly tend to all open wounds, including changing, cleansing, and dressing with precision.
Complete all necessary admission paperwork meticulously and document residents' care comprehensively.
Provide unwavering support and guidance to residents and their families.
Diligently monitor residents' wound status and administer essential medication or treatments as needed.
Adhere strictly to our rigorous infection-control policies, ensuring the safety of both residents and our dedicated team.
Ensure the delivery of top-quality care by upholding our facility's standards and care protocols.
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.

Requirements:

A valid RN or LPN license in the State of New York.
Wound and ostomy certification.
