Duties
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all areas of the establishment.
Plan menus for regular service as well as special events such as banquets and catering functions.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
Strong culinary knowledge with experience in restaurant management or food service environments.
Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
Experience in catering services, including menu planning for various events.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
