Title: Production and Inventory Assistant
Location: East Alton, IL
Salary: $57,000+

Focus: This role will provide inventory administrative support to operations. Production and Inventory Assistant Essential Functions:
Provide administrative support to Inventory Accuracy as needed
Prepare h-bills and IFROs
Monitor daily inventory movements for accuracy
Monitor outgoing locations for potential production reporting issues
Assist with incoming finished goods from subcontracted vendors
Verify, scan, and upload all receiving documentation.
Coordinate department materials, coordinate hourly training programs, and upload new part numbers into the scale system.
Production and Inventory Assistant Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent with two years’ related administrative or customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP preferred.
Familiarity with production processes within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, shift demands, mobility to work in various departments and zones, work independently, and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts.
Location-Specific Requirements:
This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
