Job Description: At Belton Industries, Inc., our weavers are responsible for creating specialty fabrics by weaving fibers together using the looms at our facility.
Patrol assigned looms and turn pick clocks
Perform visual and written fabric inspections
Repair quality problems or alert Technicians and Supervisors
Recognize mechanical problems and alert Technicians
Repair filling stops and warp stops
Creel filling packages as needed and tie tails
Leave job in good condition for next shift
Follow good safety practices at all times
Complete work on a timely basis as instructed
Demonstrate strong attendance history and be willing to work overtime when needed. Candidate should show initiative in learning plant equipment and performing tasks as required by supervisor.
