Please Note: Standard business hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position requires regular local travel for meetings and to WDVA locations throughout the state. A hybrid remote work schedule may be approved at the supervisor's discretion, with the understanding that components of the Continuous Improvement Manager's role require in-person, face-to-face communication.

The Office of Strategy and Performance at the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs seeks your experience in leadership and Lean Six Sigma culture! As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will report to the Director of Strategy and Performance and establish a continuous improvement program that supports the mission, vision, and goals of the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs. Coaching a team of more than 20 Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Practitioners and several Green Belts in the agency, your efforts will ensure our team achieves results and maximizes agency efficacy to benefit Veterans and their Families.
