Express Employment is looking to hire a Vineyard Manager for one of our respected clients in the Treasure Valley.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Manager to oversee daily operations and long-term strategies for our vineyard. This role involves managing vine health, soil management, irrigation, harvest, and leading a team to ensure high-quality grape production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vineyard management, farming equipment (tractors, forklifts), and sustainable agricultural practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee vine care: planting, pruning, canopy management, pest/disease control.
Plan and execute harvest operations to ensure optimal fruit quality.
Manage irrigation, soil health, and vineyard equipment (tractors, forklifts, sprayers).
Lead and train a team of vineyard workers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Maintain records on vine health, yields, and weather conditions.
Collaborate with winemaking teams to meet production goals.
Develop and manage vineyard budgets and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of vineyard management experience.
Proficiency with tractors, forklifts, and farming equipment.
Strong knowledge of pest/disease management and sustainable practices.
Leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Bilingual (preferred)
