Overview and Essential Position Responsibilities: The Verizon Customer Service Representative role provides you with the opportunity to master product knowledge and refine your sales techniques through relationship building and customer experience. The Verizon Customer Service Representative is also responsible for leading and managing customer-facing teams, driving customer satisfaction, maximizing customer retention and implementing sales strategies effective to expand our client's consumer base. Verizon Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Create and maintain customized high-quality service presentations to customers by actively engaging with them and listening to their product and service requests
Be an expert on all product and service offerings by Verizon by training with lead Verizon Customer Service Representatives and Managers
Assist in the complete sales order for all customers to ensure the customer has a superior experience with our client and the service they are receiving; this includes and is not limited too placing the sales order, entering the customers contact and confidential information, tracking the product delivery and/or the complete installation of service
Addressing and overcoming customer inquiries and questions with thoughtful solutions, leveraging your product knowledge to close sales effectively
Accurately tracking and documenting all sales activity, customer interactions, referrals, and outcomes into the CRM system which allows for regular performance reports to management and improvement opportunities
Consistently striving to meet and exceed client targets, contributing to the overall success of the company
Verizon Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Experience as a customer service, sales, customer success, or equivalent roles
Experience collaborating with a product team
Active listening and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM software, customer acquisition tools, to track strategic reports
Exceptional relationship management skills with proven experience expanding customer base
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude
Capacity to prioritize client and customer matters making sound and timely decisions
