- 8:30a-5p- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Option 2
- 7a-7p- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Description
- Receives patients, explains method of procedure and makes sure patient is comfortable.
- Provides patient services to all ages using imaging modalities.
- Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.
- Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work area.
- Keeps accurate records, helps with scheduling of the ultrasound and keeps patient flow smooth.
- Assists radiologist with interventional procedures as ordered. (eg; paracenthesis, needle aspirations/biopsy, etc)
Must-Haves
- Must be open to fulfilling call requirements (listed in description)
- Graduate of a Program in Radiologic Technology or Ultrasonography
- Associate’s Degree
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT Sonography
- RRT (R) with a KY License
Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
