Typist/Abstractor As a Typist/Abstractor at The Title Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of various typing tasks. Your attention to detail and typing proficiency will help us maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately type and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
Proofread and edit documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
Manage and prioritize multiple typing tasks while meeting deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a typist, data entry clerk, or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and typing software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or data entry is a plus.
Abstractor experience and/or licensure is preferred.
