Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care in various healthcare settings.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in a compassionate manner
- Work in inpatient settings, ensuring the well-being of patients
- Deliver quality home care services to patients in need
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their healthcare needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver hospital medicine services
- Care for geriatric patients with empathy and professionalism
- Perform catheter care and other nursing procedures as required
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Strong knowledge and experience in various nursing specialties including memory care, pediatrics, inpatient care, home care, developmental disabilities, hospital medicine, geriatrics, and catheter care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care and well-being
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
