Job Description:
Berlin Health is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract at our facility in Barre, VT. This position offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week with a competitive pay rate of $49.16/hr, plus the exciting opportunity to explore Vermont during your assignment.
As a Travel LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care while gaining valuable experience working in diverse healthcare settings. Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, direct patient care including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily activities.
Conduct patient assessments and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and discharge plans.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure safe, efficient, and quality care.
Adapt to the specific needs of different healthcare environments and patient populations.

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont (or ability to obtain a Vermont license).
Previous experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting (long-term care or acute care is preferred).
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
