Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Physicians. Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Monitoring: Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration), observe patient conditions, and report any significant changes to the RN or physician.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and procedures to promote better health management.
Documentation: Accurately document patient information, care provided, and any changes in condition in the medical record system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to team efforts in achieving optimal health outcomes.
Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid and active LPN license in the state of VT
Experience: Previous LPN experience preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to nursing
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
