Trail/Park Crew
Magic Mountain is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our Mountain Operations team as Trail Crew/Park Shapers.
Responsibilities:
Job Types: Part-time, Full-timePay: $20.00 per hour (pay adjusted based on experience)Schedule:

Responsibilities:
- Shape and maintain terrain park features to high standards, ensuring safety, creativity, and optimal flow for skiers and riders of all skill levels.
- Perform daily trail maintenance, including signage and rope checks, to guide guests safely across the mountain.
- Complete and maintain required paperwork for terrain park operations, ensuring all documentation aligns with safety and operational protocols.
- Transport supplies and equipment across the mountain, supporting park upkeep and daily safety requirements.
- Collaborate with Ski Patrol and other Magic Mountain operations staff to provide essential on-hill support and ensure smooth, safe mountain operations.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with strong physical stamina.
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety and excellent guest experiences.
- Previous experience in terrain park shaping, trail maintenance, or similar outdoor roles is helpful but not required. Training opportunities will be available for qualified candidates.
