Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 to $100,000 per year including incentives

As the Toyota Sales Exchange & Pre-owned Purchaser Manager, you will identify and connect with customers approaching the peak-time to upgrade from their current vehicles to a newer vehicle through the Vehicle Exchange Program.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize the latest technology to identify current and new customers eligible for the vehicle exchange program
Connect with eligible customers in the service department, via phone, and email
Educate customers on the vehicle exchange program and options
Transition customers to a Toyota Sales Professional to complete the sales process

Qualifications:

Dealership experience is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
