Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Lighting Foreman. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining obstruction lighting systems on telecommunications towers. This role demands a commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership, offering an opportunity to contribute to our mission of maintaining essential communication networks. Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of medium intensity obstruction lighting systems on telecom towers.
Skillfully climb and work on towers exceeding 300 feet, implementing best safety practices and ensuring team adherence to safety protocols.
Efficiently manage and execute work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within designated timelines.
Plan and organize for optimal route efficiency within the assigned geographical area.
Ensure proper inventory management, including the stocking of necessary equipment and parts before site visits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site data, including photographic documentation for project close-out packages.
Liaise with technical support and other departments to resolve field issues effectively.
Manage work-related expenses, ensuring timely submission and adherence to budget guidelines.
Manage tower crews and tower lighting technicians
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tower Lighting Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the tower industry, with a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in obstruction lighting systems.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeastern US, with varied rotations not exceeding 20 days.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
