Position: QE (quality engineer) with Selenium experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our products and services. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the proper functionality of software applications, websites, or systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and use cases for effective testing.
Conduct manual and automated tests to verify the accuracy, integrity, and performance of software and identify potential defects or issues.
Report and track defects, using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure the stability of the software after changes or updates.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate test results and product quality metrics to stakeholders, providing clear and concise feedback on the status of the project.
Collaborate in the design and maintenance of test environments, test data, and test databases to simulate real-world scenarios.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software development practices, and testing tools to apply the latest knowledge to QA processes.
Conduct usability testing to ensure products meet user expectations and are user-friendly.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts to optimize testing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies with selenium.
• Familiarity with manual testing and test case creation.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
• Proficient in using bug tracking and test management tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
