Territory Sales Manager
Specialized Recruiting Group is now hiring for a Territory Sales Manager at a distribution company company based out of Anchorage, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire opportunity in a brand new territory with an already established customer base. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Mondays are work-from-home, Tuesdays-Thursdays are in the field, and Fridays are half-days in the field and half-days working from home. The salary for this position will start at $75,000-$95,000/yr. Job Duties: As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be building out your territory, supported by the best training, tools, and product offerings to win in the field every day! You'll start with 4 weeks of training, followed by a 12-week mentorship program, along with weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership. You'll be the "CEO" of your territory- the entire state of Alaska! Manage accounts in all industries with opportunities to travel to new markets. Spend assigned days working from your home office, planning face-to-face customer visits. Structure your schedule with work-life balance in mind. You'll be managing and growing existing accounts as well as bringing in new business. Provide effective business solutions at annual, on-site customer consultations, including recommendations from our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivery legendary customer service with the help of our sales support team.

- 3-4 years experience with sales- preferably outside sales (B2B or B2C)
- Drivers License required with good driving record
- Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred but could be substituted for another 4 years of sales experience
- Ability to travel- within Alaska 4 days per week, to Washington State every 4-6 weeks, and to Washington State for a 4-week training program (2 weeks on, fly home, come back for final 2 weeks) **All travel-related expenses are fully covered
- Background Screen required
- Hair-Follicle Drug Screen required- includes THC
