Position Overview
INFINITEK is partnering with a prominent global leader in welding and industrial consumables to hire a Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
The role focuses on managing and expanding business opportunities across Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. This region offers exceptional growth potential and uncapped earning opportunities through a commission-based structure.
The TSM will play a key role in executing sales strategies and driving company objectives by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts within the assigned area. Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed territory revenue goals.
Oversee and manage sales budgets, including operational planning and contribution margins.
Organize and track customer meetings to build long-term relationships.
Identify and address customer requirements while providing consistent support to sales channels.
Research market trends and execute initiatives to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Conduct pricing negotiations within pre-established guidelines.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Drive customer acquisition efforts through cold calling and outreach.
Analyze and report on sales trends, providing actionable insights to enhance territory performance.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
Ensure accurate CRM data management and compliance with company sales protocols.
Collaborate with senior leadership to share feedback, market developments, and product opportunities.
Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in industrial or technical sales) are encouraged to apply.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of welding processes, related products, and their industrial applications.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in industrial product sales, including cross-selling and price negotiation.
Key Skills and Attributes Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in cold calling, sales presentations, complaint resolution, and objection handling.
Proficient in CRM software, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
