You’ll be part of an 8-week program, where you’ll get hands-on experience, classroom-style learning, and mentorship from our experienced Technicians. Once you’ve completed our training program, you’ll have the opportunity to be promoted to a Technician Level C and continue your growth and development. What You’ll Be Doing:
Participate in hands-on and classroom-style training activities.
Assist Technicians in testing, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
Follow safety requirements, including proper use of PPE.
Document all work and repairs in a clean and concise manner.
Carry out instructions given in written, oral, or diagram form.
Safely drive a service vehicle (No CDL required).
Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking for:
High school diploma or GED certificate.
No work experience needed.
Interest in mechanics, electrical work, or engines.
Ability to travel and stay out of town during the program.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with supervision.
Ability to problem solve and make logical decisions.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Clean driving record.
