Tech Manager

Job Description: TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR
Position Summary: Manages the Community Services® database and responds to reporting requests for operational and grant purposes. Oversees all IT infrastructure installation, updates, upgrades, and maintenance. Reports to CEO secondary.
Duties
1. Cleans, downloads, and reports necessary data for One Heart, funders, and partners
2. Builds cases for additional funding and acts as primary reporter
3. Provides trainings for staff and partners using Community Services database
4. Ensures that Community Services database is continually updated, runs smoothly, and that problems are quickly fixed
5. Understands and ensures compliance with HIPAA guidelines
6. Manages all IT activities at One Heart, ensures intake system is implemented fully and runs smoothly
7. Researches needed IT and office equipment purchases/repairs/replacements
8. Manages IT inventory and infrastructure and plans and ensures proper upgrades and maintenance for IT equipment
9. Manages key-card-entry and security systems (t-Pass)
10. Ensures Care Coordinators and provider partners have the proper level of Community Services access needed to effectively work with program participants
11. Coordinates and gives permissions to user-groups
12. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues related to internal IT
13. Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. 5+ years working in IT operations
3. 2+ years in data/reporting managment
4. Experience leading and managing rollout of IT projects across various technologies
5. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, etc.
6. MS 365/Azure/Sendgrid support knowledge and experience required
7. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
8. Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
9. Strong communication skills
10. Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
