Tax and Licensing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax and Licensing Specialist. The Tax and Licensing Specialist
is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and licensing requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns.
  • Work with branch personnel to complete local business license renewals and applications. Follow up with jurisdictional authorities as required.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all filings, licenses, and permits.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to other branches regarding tax and licensing matters.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Microsoft Access is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
