Surgical Services Manager/Surgical Manager
Position: Manager of Surgical Services (RN)
Type: Full-time, Day Shift
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Surgical Services (RN) to provide leadership and oversight for one or more patient care units within Nursing Services. This role is responsible for managing all clinical and operational activities in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program, a current RN license, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. The position requires 3+ years of clinical experience and recent first-line management experience.

Pay: $122,048.00 - $197,038.00 per year

- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for full-time roles
