**Responsibilities:**

Supervise car wash attendants, ensuring adherence to company policies and delivering exceptional customer service.
Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer interaction, and safety protocols.
Inspect vehicles post-wash to maintain quality standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility environment.
Prepare reports for management on a regular basis.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent.
