Super Bowl Experience Teammate

The Super Bowl Experience (SBX) is the NFL’s primary fan-facing event, taking place for (4) days in New Orleans. SBX is an interactive event offering participatory games, youth football clinics, NFL Shop merchandise, and autograph sessions. Fans will find opportunities for personalized digital photos, Super Bowl rings on display, photos with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, and so much more!

Summary of Responsibilities:
Teammate positions are a combination of fan-facing service (facilitate games, exhibit queue lines) and technology roles (camera, tablet QR scanner). Teammates will be constantly interacting with fans and require a strong hospitality skill set. Many of these positions are high intensity, requiring staff to be on their feet for the majority of their shifts. Some positions may be located outdoors. Primary focus of technology related positions includes taking pictures and assist guests in registering on the NFL’s One Pass app.
Key Tasks:

Greet and assist fans with event information and directions.
Ensure guests have an accurate expectation of the experience prior to entering.
Check tickets and ensure Experience is operated in a safe manner
Facilitate attendees’ participation in the games and attractions.
Direct guests to visit the Vince Lombardi trophy and other iconic NFL Memorabilia
Support various event operations, including ticketing, queue monitoring, and logistics.
Engage with attendees to enhance their event-day experience.
Collaborate with security and other staff for smooth operations.
