Subway Sandwich Artist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences and company recipes
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, grocery store, or retail setting is beneficial
- Basic understanding of culinary techniques
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions
- Ability to upsell and recommend menu items to customers
- Experience in food service is preferred
