We are seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing procurement, and ensuring efficient operations within the store.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing procurement, and ensuring efficient operations within the store.
Responsibilities
- Procure and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to handle equipment and tools effectively
- Implement AS400 system for inventory tracking and management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the store
- Manage supply chain activities to optimize efficiency
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms
- Oversee supplier management processes
- Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
- Operate forklift for material handling tasks
- Previous experience in storekeeping or related field preferred
- Proficiency in AS400 system is a plus
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to analyze data using SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Forklift certification is desirable
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
