Sterilization Technician
DENTAL STERILIZATION TECHNICIAN / PART-TIME, PERMANENT
Job Summary
This position is a new addition to our team, and will begin with on the job training. Responsibilities will include assisting our Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDA) and hygienists, while maintaining all aspects of the breakdown/ sterilization/ and set-up of the dental operatories and instruments.
Qualifications
Monday and Thursday 9:00am to 3:30pm.
Once trained, hours and days may be flexible, depending on what the schedule demands.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Well spoken, mature, and friendly. There will be patient interaction.
- Demonstrate excellent willingness to learn- act confident and be coachable.
- Once trained, a high level of initiative is needed to take action on your own.
- Experience in the clinical area of a dental office is preferred and will result in higher pay per hour.
- Must have High School Diploma
- Set-up, break-down & sterilize operatories.
- Properly run our sterilization procedures and protocols on all instruments.
- Prepare tray set-ups for various procedures with needed instruments and materials.
- Keep Sterilization and Lab neat and orderly.
- Maintain strict compliance with Federal, State and other regulations.
- Assist the hygienists and EFDA's as needed.
