Immediately Hiring Full-Time Staffing Coordinator
Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm, $23 - $24/hour

Experience with staff scheduling in a 24 hour operation is required. Prior experience with On-shift & Kronos preferred.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Coordinate staff scheduling through On Shift App based electronic scheduling system
Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process
Data entry support related to payroll, time & attendance in Kronos

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year office/clerical experience including alphabetizing, filing, photocopying, record retention
Proficient in verbal and written English
Good communication and relationship building skills
Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24 hour work environment
Experience with time clock, timekeeping and employee self-service software
