Role description
Mandatory Certificate
- Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
- Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate
- Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 8 Programmer
- App Dynamics Associate Administrator
- Certified Jenkins Engineer
- Python Institute Certified Associate in Python Programming
- Linux Foundation Shell Scripting Using Bash
- Splunk Core Certified Power User
- Splunk Certified Developer
- Role Application Support L3
- 6-11 years experience in an Application Support role with primarily exp in Oracle Flex Flexible for experience
- Experience in Oracle Flex cube Kafka EMS Fuse Talend administration
- Experience in trouble shooting and setting up new configuration in NDM MQ FTP Kafka SFTP file transmission
- Good Understanding and handson in JIRA Confluence ITRS Monitoring Kibana App Dynamics Splunk Autosys
- Knowledge of Core Account Batches Interfaces Dev Ops
- Working experience in Oracle Database restores Backups and Performance tunning
- Strong communication skills and very good team player
- Additional Responsibility
- UNIX scripting knowledge and handson specifically in bash and includes complex structures
- Familiar with Linux shell commands to perform day to day operations Working knowledge of shell scripting
- Good knowledge on UNIX LINUX and Windows environments with TIBCO Installation scripted deployments
- Should have Ability to install and configure EMS BW domains with Load Balancing and Fault Tolerant methods
- Must have Hands on experience in TIBCO BW application performance tuning and EMS configuration setup
- Strong Experience in Monitoring tools like ITRS
- Good Knowledge on Dev Ops tools like Jenkins Team city GIT Ansible will be an added advantage along with version control repository bitbucket
- Good Knowledge on containerization with docker and Open Shift is an added advantage
- Experience in Problem management Change Management and incident management
- You should validate overall service availability performance integrity redundancy security and business continuity Conduct DR testing and backup and recovery testing
- Must be able to manage a fully integrated and highly available application environment
- Experience in infrastructure Support involving like OS Level patching Component level patching like EOVS upgrades configurations etc
- Infra related CHG release Management planning and release execution Knowledge on Service Now ticket creation like CHG Task INC etc
- Coordination with PS team Production Support team NPS team Non production support team L3 Team and TEM team for Infra related changes
- Coordinate with different Development teams support BAU Infra support activities
- Coordinate with Compliance team and close the vulnerabilities for Infra CIVA as part of compliance test
- Maintain Infra related details information on Shared path Confluence and update the details on regular basis
- Create the daily work pipeline for NPSDev Ops Run daily calls and track the progress
- Create review Jira tasks story Epic for NPS Dev Ops team Assign Track the same for each team members on regular basis
- Report to Senior Management on Weekly basis for the work progress and updates Risk
- Good to have knowledge on programming language Python and shell scripting
- Experience in financial domain projects is an added advantage

Compensation range: $ 83,912.00 to 128,080.00 per year
