Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Pleasant Grove is seeking a full-time spa manager for our established spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal-oriented, and growth-minded with a proven background in people managing, spa operations, and customer service.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Pleasant Grove is seeking a full-time spa manager for our established spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal-oriented, and growth-minded with a proven background in people managing, spa operations, and customer service.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 1 to 2 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
- Managing sales team, massage therapists, and estheticians with clear and concise expectations, we have over 20 employees that YOU will be managing!
- Ability to be trained and be coached by fellow management
- Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
- Strong, clear communication skills
- Goal oriented
- $40,000-$60,000 a year (depending on experience!)
- Additional incentive bonuses on for spa growth!
